Charles de Brabant
joined L’Oreal to head marketing and sales learning capabilities across the Group in 2001. From 2004 to 2008, he was the Director of Learning and Development for L’Oreal Asia. In December 2008 he left L’Oreal to start up as co-founder «Saint-Pierre, Brabant, Li & Associés», a Shanghai based firm specialized in HR consulting for luxury and creative brands. Since October 2009, he has become Visiting Professor of Luxury Brand Management at China European International Business School (CEIBS) and a frequent lecturer of Luxury Brand Management in companies, at conferences and in business schools.< /br>Charles de Brabant is a graduate of McGill University, Oxford University (Balliol College) and Stanford University (MBA). He first worked for the UN in Africa and then joined CM International, a Paris based management consultancy firm, where he became managing partner.
