This block focuses on how to implement a growth-driven strategy which also yields sufficient profits – i.e. a balanced approach to top-line and bottom-line performance. The role of innovation as a continuous improvement process is key. Market segmentation, picking the most attractive ones as the basis for your strategy is also key.

We will analyze the environment and the enterprise in accordance with integrated methods, in order to define value profiles and to implement business strategies in practice in such a way that the enterprise demonstrates long-term conti- nuity, qualitative growth and an optimal profitability structure.

Sales, finally, will grow without losing the bottom line focus: to generate revenue by serving the customer better. This requires an innovative strategy which can only be implemented in the organization with the customer, not in the back room.
