As the Internet matures, the nature of e-Commerce changes. Your presence and impact on the web is no longer determined by having a nice web site and responsive customer services. More than anything, your revenues and prospects are determined by what people find when they search for you, and what they say when they have used your services. In short, Google, Facebook, Twitter and other advanced web services need to be understood and managed – it is no longer enough to hire a web page designer and offload the whole lot on the IT department.

This two-day seminar offers an orientation and a forum for understanding and discussing what “competing online” means today. We will discuss how to think strategically about going on the web, and dive into specific areas where competition is changing.
